Hello dear, Understand your concern. If it is not change in color, pain sensitivity,no blood: it is harm less. But you have to examine it repeatedly. Following are the causes of your problem: 1. Fordyce spots These are tiny purple, found on the head of the penis or the shaft. They are normal minute sebaceous glands and are just part of the natural structure of many penises. There s absolutely no need for any treatment. 2. Pearly papules Pearly penile papules are also normal. They are very small bumps, the same colour as your skin, but with a pearly appearance. They usually appear around the glans (head) of the penis in a row. they don t need any treatment.
