Hi - my 18-month old has a bump on his upper left thigh. It s red and not perfectly round, more splotchy and I felt a bump in the middle. When I touched it, he acted like it bothered him. He s had it for 3 days now. I also notice that it changes, it is more red when we re outside and then the redness goes down. I ve been searching on line trying to figure out if I should be concerned & take him to the Dr.
