General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and thanks you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein and I will try to help you as much as I can with my answer.

Considering you description, there is so called pylonidal sinus or cyst and this is common in his age. Thisis small abscess under the skin in perianal or intergluteal area and it should be surgically treated in this phase by incision and drainage of pus. Later, when it heals, it should be treated with permanet excision of the cyst and abdominal surgeon should perform it.
I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
