Suggest Treatment For Lumbar Lordosis And Muscle Spasm
hello doctor ,my age is 26 and i am suffering from lumber lordosis and muscle spasm and currently taking treatment with an orthopaedician for nearly 3 months but there is no improvement .

First and foremost, get your MRI scan done to know the exact cause of your lordosis, strictly avoid weight lifting and forward bending, take physiotherapy, give hot fomentation, apply diclofenac gel on your back.
