Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

Hi I am Having lower back Pain, I have shown to Orthopedic doctor then as per his advise I have undergone through physiotherapy and exercise program for a month. but after completion of 1 month, i did not get even 1% of relief. now i am worried what exactly the problem might be. ( i am a software professional - my working time would be 10 hrs sitting work per day)Thanks Deepak

1.Back pain causes due to two causes first thing due to age related degenerative changes in the disc, second possible cause could be positional abnormalities.
2.In your case i think its positional abnormality. Generally the course of treatment is first exercises followed by the physiotherapy and finally interventional / operative treatment.
3.Before that one need to get MRI spine done - MRI will help to evaluate the status of the disc, nerve , spinal chord.
4.Sugget to see your treating doctor and get an MRI scan done - that will clarify the cause for the pain.
