Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain, Cramping And Yellowish Vaginal Discharge

I have some symptoms and would like to know possible causes I have an appointment this week but still wanted to ask! I have been having a heavy yellowish-whitish discharge with a mild odor and cramping and lower back pain. I ve also noticed tenderness and irritation and a pimple like bump in my pubic area. I currently have a 10 year iud and I am sexually active but always practice safe sex. What could be the causes thanks for the time

Hello ma'am
i really appreciate your concern
Looking at your history this could be due to PID or STI like yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis which can occur with prolonged use of IUD

in my opinion you should visit a gynaecologist for examination and battery of tests like urine for culture and sensitivity test and an ultrasound
I would also suggest you to get blood sugar fasting and post prandial because diabetes increase the susceptibility to fungal infection like candida

have plenty of fluids
maintain good hygiene
best wishes
