Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain After An Injury
I took a fall today and landed hard on my behind. The lowr back is hurting quite badly but when I touch the hip bones and pelvis they do not hurt. I have been putting ice and heat on it and have taken up to 4 advil. It hurts like crazy what should I do?

keep applying ice and heat. you need NSAID like aceclofenac for few daily along with paracetamol to treat your acute pain. other pain killers are also available like tramadol, lignocaine patches, buprenorphine patches. Visit a pain physician or orthopedic for proper priscription
