Hello,

It is important to keep hydrated especially if you have vomiting but other than water you will need to substitute electrolytes as well. It might be best to take some oral rehydration solutions that are over the counter in pharmacy to better help with this.
Lack of appetite can happen often if patients had vomiting. To help with it generally you can take frequent small amounts of food, take 5-6 small meals instead of 2-3 big meals, try to avoid heavy fatty food, avoid junk food and take fruit and vegetable.

If you have urinary symptoms or in females vaginal secretions and pelvic pain you will need a visit with your doctor soon.

Temperature 97.9 is not yet fever so there is nothing to worry about it. For the shoulder pain you can take paracetamol and ibuprofen. If you notice no improvement in 3-4 days or have any worsening you will need to visit with your doctor.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
