Hi I m a 22 year old male, I ve had testicle pain for the past 2 weeks. It s a dull ache on my right testicle and sometimes I alternates to the left testicle. I ve also had lower abdominal pain. My doctor checked for lumps or abnormalities but there was nothing, the pain is often worse when touching my testicle. The pain seems to be coming from the top and the bottom of my testicle. My doctor told me that my testicles were tender and that it may be an infection, he put me on antibiotics, clavam 625. After a week or antibiotics the pain is still there and now the tip of my penis burns too, no burning while urinating, just general burning sensation at random times. Any thoughts?
