Suggest Treatment For Low Testosterone Levels

I am a Hispanic male, 26 years old. I m experiencing low testosterone, my last test came out at 280(low), 300 being low normal. I have always been athletic but not a true athlete. I have experimented with hardcore testosterone boosters before (not anabolic steroid) to be more competitive . This issue is causing me to have weak erections, and chronic fatigue. Is there anything I can take naturally to boost it?

Hello,

You are suffering from low testosterone levels. Presently, you are having weak erections and also chronic fatigue. There may be a medical conditions that can cause the symptoms you are experiencing, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get required tests and investigations done, get treated any pathology detected.

If obese, lose weigh. Accumulation of fat in the penile shaft may interfere with healthy erection. Maintain healthy weight. Avoid stress, do not smoke, stay away from alcoholism or addictions if any. Take high protein diet and carbohydrate in small portion to optimize testosterone levels. Take a lot of leafy vegetables, onions, fatty fish, and oysters.

Good sleep for at least 8 hours is important for both overall health and testosterone. Reduce stress. Taking caffeine and creatine monohydrate can help to boost testosterone levels when combined with exercise. Natural testosterone boosters are salmon, tuna, and mackerel, take more magnesium like almonds, cashews, and peanuts, dry fruits, pomegranate, berries, cherries, eggs, avocados, etc. Include them in your regular diet. Avoid beer.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
