Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Diarrhea and loose stools could be due to acute gastroenteritis, viral gastroenteritis, diverticulitis but should be evaluated further by various tests.

You must undergo routine blood count, electrolytes (sodium and potassium) with clinical examination of abdomen or ultrasound of abdomen.

You will require antibiotics (quinolones or cephalosporins with antiprotozoals ) with anti-emetic, antispasmodics and anti-inflammatories with prebiotics and probiotics.

There might be great need of fluid and electrolyte balance in body.

But before all these treatment you need to get diagnosed for your diarrhea and loose stools.

You must consult physician for further evaluation and treatment.

Thanks and regards,

Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician i completely understand your health concerns.
For how long u are suffering from it? Any other associated problem? like diabetes or hypertension? Any history of TB in past or exposure to TB? Are u running fever? Any other lymph node swelling in ur body? any blood in stools?
Based on the history u have provided, it is difficult to diagnose. you need to be examined by the GASTROENTROLOGIST so that u can be properly examined and investigated.
If i am ur attending doctor i will get ur FBC ESR CRP Abdominal ultrasound as well as Urinalysis and Stool analysis. In the light of these investigations i will be able to offer you any treatment.
Wt loss is worrisome in your case , so meet GASTROENTROLOGIST for a definitive diagnosis...
