General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic....

Liver cirrhosis is irreversible condition with no point of return ...
But with care and clinical follow up further progression can be delayed. ..

Investigation done with ....
1.Serum albumin
2.PT
3.Hbsag and anti HCV detection if not known
4.Liver biopsy to assess severity and plan management accordingly

If portal hypertension there (in which as cites , splenomegly present ) beta blocker given...
If edema there diuretic can be given ..

Take good food for liver like carrot , fruits , Indian gooseberry , lemon juice , avocados , mustard greens , spinach etc.
Daily take grined spinach and carrot juice mixture

Take care

Advise : Gastroenterologist consultation for examination....
