Hello,

You have very low diastolic blood pressure. The normal diastolic BP is around 80. Presently you are feeling lightheaded, feel pressure in the chest and weakness in the legs. You should get yourself well hydrated, take juice and water. Take home made food that is rich in minerals and protein. You are suggested to get a complete health check up done. Get blood workouts, urinalysis, NCV tests (since you have weakness in your legs) and imaging tests done. You will be treated accordingly. The cause of low diastolic BP is too much salt in your diet. Dietary salt can decrease elasticity of your blood vessels. Taking too much salt may increase the risk of low diastolic blood pressure.

In older adults the arteries may become too stiff to spring back between heartbeats, causing diastolic blood pressure to be low. You are suggested to limit the intake of salty snacks and food, drink plenty of water. Fluids increase blood volume and help prevent dehydration, both of which are important in treating hypotension. Take food rich in vitamins or you can also take multivitamin supplements. Take adequate rest & sleep. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
