Suggest Treatment For Lightheadedness And Knee Pain

fell on my knees over a fire pit landed on my head a week ago i have a big bump and it feels like i am light headed the fire pit was made of cement it was empty i hit be low my knees there fore imy body bend over and as i fell in the pit i hit my head it still hurts

Thanks for your question on HCM & I do understand your concern

With such a presentation in my clinic, I would first rule out head injury and to confirm it I may recommend you to visit a neurologist for detailed clinical evaluation and if any abnormality detected you need an MRI scan. Regarding knee pain you may be advised [RICE]rest, ice, compression and elevation and for it you may be advised an X-ray as well.
