General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi thanks for posting on hcm.
I recommend you to check your glucose levels and blood pressure when you experience dizziness as los sugar levels abd decreased blood pressure are rthe most common conditions. Since you are recently ddiagnosed diabetic I suspect you might be suffering fron hypoglycemia where if on insulin your dose might be high or you may be missing your food after taking insulin. I advise you to takr something like a candy or a lemonade or light snack when you experience the mentioned symptoms again as you will feel better if it is because of hypoglycemia and try to call for help if the symptoms persistent.
Hope this is helpful to you.
Regards
