ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, light headed feeling with thick mucous from nose can be presentation for sinusitis. Please get an ENT examination done to rule out any problem with nose or sinuses. Otherwise use of mucolytic with nasal decongestant drops and may be an antibiotic depending upon the consistency and colour of mucous along with steam inhalation will help. Regards
