Suggest Treatment For Leukomalacia

My husband , aged 58 has been getting headaches of late and an M R I has revealed that he has leucomalacia! He suffers from hypertension ! Does the leucomalacia indicate the onset of Alzheimer s , is it the result of high blood pressure medication or apnea and finally how is it likely to progress?

leucomalacia means is chemical changes in brain of long duration. its not due to Alzhimers disease. It may be normal finding in elderly hypertensive. but if changes are prominent then patient may develop dementia called as Subcortical dementia ( Binswenger disease).
take tab Ecosprin and atorvastatin.Control BP.
