Suggest Treatment For Leakage Of Pre-ejaculatory Fluid From Penis

I am 30 years old male, still bachelor and vergin. i used to mastrubate from the age of 14years. I have a problem of leaky penis. Whenever I talk or meet with any female Get excited and my penis starts oozing precum a lot. Its very embaressing as creates wet patch on my trousers. Please guide me regarding this. Telly me any remedy to hide this wet patch. Can i use panty liner to hide it?

Problem of getting excessive precum on talking to female is mostly due to excessive secretion of mucus due to sexual thoughts or stimuli by mucus glands located in Bulbar Urethra .
It is natural and normal at the age of adolescence and especially in those who masturbate very frequently and has not experience sexual satisfaction by intercourse with female partner.

Normally this problem gets resolved itself over a period of time and after one has regular sexual intercourse with female partner.

Excessive masturbation may have been the cause of your problems to begin with. Reducing your frequency of masturbation from now on will help to prevent early ejaculation and seminal leakages from reoccurring.
