Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain

Hi, I have been suffering pain in my knee since I was about 8 or 9 and I am now 17. I've been to my doctor loads of times and every time they have said something different. It's been: growing pains, Osgood schlatters disease, inflammatory on the veins and the last time I went they said I'd have to wait until I’m 18 to get it sorted out. In my knee cap there’s a dint in my bone but it is getting worse and it is getting more like a hole. When you touch it it’s so painful. Even when you run your finger on it is painful underneath my knee like when you on a rollercoaster and you stomach flips. My knee also swells up a lot of the time and it is really painful to walk on. when I haven't stretch my knee it can lock and it takes a while for me to walk on it again this happens most mornings and afternoons when I’ve been on the bus and also when I’ve been to the cinema etc. It can also lock when it’s cold. I have taken all different kinds of pain killers and rubbing creams on but nothing works. This morning I've stood on my settee to get something and something’s gone in my knee, it’s so painful I’m in agony! I can't move my leg at all and even when I move my top half it really hurts. Can you suggest anything?
