Suggest treatment for kidney stone at the bottom of urethra

My wife is suffering from kidney stone problem. She is under ayurvedic treatment. The stone was 8 m m and at top of the urethra.After taking the medicnes the stone is 6 mm and now it is at the bottom of the urethra .
now it is at the opening of urination and giving heavy pain.What to do for the unbearable pain?

unbearable pain is to be relieved with a modern pain killer[allopathy].when we treat a urinary calculus we advise the same as patient is in urgent relief from pain.the primary objective of any medicine system in the world is patient comfort.continue with the ayurvedic treatment .
