It is definitely possible to conceive with kidney disease, but if you are critically ill the chances of developing complications during the pregnancy is very high... Even putting you at risk for death, and can also put the baby at risk for inadequate growth and/or premature delivery. You are at significant risk for preeclampsia, or toxemia, which can cause severe high blood pressure and seizures in the mother, as well as worsening kidney failure, and growth problems for the baby that can even result in death. Your creatinine is not that high right now, but I also don't know what type of kidney disease you have, and that is also relevant in your prognosis.

You are a young woman, and I know it is normal to want to have a child, but uncontrolled renal disease is one of the riskiest conditions for pregnancy. If you choose to keep this pregnancy, you need to be cared for by a high-risk obstetrician and have access to regular health care and a hospital that has ultrasound and fetal monitoring available, dialysis, and a maternal and neonatal ICU for the baby. If you do not have that kind of access to health care, I strongly recommend you consider not to be pregnant before your condition is more stable, because complications from pregnancy can even result in your death, and you will not be doing service to your child for it to not be able to have a mother. If your disease improves, you may have a better prognosis, but you should consult with a high-risk obstetrician ideally before pregnancy. You are a young woman, and in a few years your medical condition might be more stable. I hope this advice is helpful and strongly recommend you consult with a high risk OB (perinatologist or MFM) further to clarify your risks, and especially if you do decide to keep the baby. I wish you the best of luck with your health and your pregnancy.
