General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Weak bones and muscles these days are mostly due to low calcium and vitamins in blood. Absence of routine exercises increases the problem. Get serum calcium and vitamin D levels checked. If low, start taking supplements in suitable dosage as advised by family physician. Regular daily exercises in form of yoga, a walk for 45 minutes helps to combat the problem.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
