Hi.
As per your case history of jock itch, my treatment advice is -
1. It is fungal infection. You also have white blood cell in urine means a urinary tract infection.
2. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
3. Drink plenty of water.
4. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
5. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for itching.
6. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, norfloxacin, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
