Suggest Treatment For Jelly Like Feeling In Legs

My son has woken up periodically crying about his legs feeling like jello and he can t walk. He usually has a slight red face which looks like he may have a fever. When I touch his forehead, he doesn t feel hot. When this happens, he wants an ice cold drink of water and then ends up sleeping for hours. As a side-note, he always sleeps very hot and wants to sleep in shorts even when it s winter. I m not sure if this has any link to the jello legs.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern for your son this could be due to some poor posture and this may cause some compression of sciatic nerve so he should try to maintain the good posture, and the possibility of sciatica need to be ruled out and for this he would be in need of x- ray of spine, till then condition can be managed with "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" sustain release once in day, some time anxiety and depression may be the cause of this, take care.
