General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You can apply an antifungal cream such as miconazole or clotrimazole twice a day on the lesion for 1-2 weeks. If this is ringworm, you should start to see improvement within the first 2-3 days.

If you do not start to be better in 3-4 days then you will need to see your doctor to make sure if this is ringworm or not.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.
