Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes All Over The Body

I have a rash on most of my upper body. It started just below the bra line with sudden on onset on Saturday and has spread to my abdomen, back and inside of my arms. It is not itchy and it does not hurt. I have tried putting on 0.5% hydra and taking an antihistamine without any effect. The back of my throat is also a little itchy but does not hurt. Otherwise I feel well, what could be going on?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi, according to the description it looks like a case of pityriasis rosea, that causes a red asymptomatic rash mainly over the trunk area..it can be secondary to streptococcal throat infection.
But the exact diagnosis is only possible if you post a picture of your lesions, so that i can correctly guide you the treatment.
I find this answer helpful
