Suggest Treatment For Itchy Blisters On Penis

Hi, I am 34 year old male. Recently, there has been itching on my scrotum, base of penis and tip of foreskin. There are two or three small bumps on the tip of my foreskin. Sometimes these bump swell. There is no pain. Itching increases during the night time and subsides in day time. I clean my groin area and affected parts with cold water, glycerin soap and then with Dettol (diluted). I get relief by doing this. I also trim my pubic hair regularly.

Hello,

Non-STD lesions on the penis include the common condition of folliculitis, which is a bacterial infection of a hair follicle, usually caused by friction or irritation.

Lesions on the genitals can be a sign of a sexually transmitted infection. Painful, tiny clusters of small blisters may indicate genital herpes

Therefore I suggest consulting a skin specialist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. K. V. Anand
