Hello Doc.. I have been diagnosed with PCOS. I have irregular periods (2-3 months once). No pain, not even stomachs ache (only on 3rd day mild pain for few mins). It will last for 5-6 days. Since my marriage is in 5months time am worried.. will I able to get pregnant? I have read many articles about PCOS and know that it is not having any treatment. I am 69kgs 170cms. Recently I came across GUGGUL. Will that regular the mensuration cycle? If yes how to consume it and will it have side effect? If no any other suggestion? Note: mother diabetic. And my maternal aunt had similar problem in her young age.
