General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to polycystic ovarian disease, hormonal imbalance, thyroid dysfunction, endometriosis.
I would suggest to reauthorized gynaecologist and undergo detailed examination, reproductive and thyroid hormone analysis, USG scan, ovarian follicle study to confirm the cause.
PCOS require 6-8 months treatment
Drugs like birth control pill, progesterone pill, metformin will help you to regularise the period
FSH analogue and clomiphene citrate can be use to maintain fertility.
Other treatment will depend on the test results and cause
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water, do regular exercise
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
