Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation

Hi! My name is Gwen and I m 24. Last month September 17,18,2015 I was late for my period the next day I spotted a pinkish color then it turned to a light red then it got darker. It lasted Saturday and Sunday...Monday it was gone. I usually stay on my period fours days. This month October I m suppose to start on the 17th but I m four days late. Lately I ve been sleeping more, tired all the time, sleepless night and uncomfortable, eating habits increased, nauseous, bathroom trips back to back especially when drinking water, moody at times, nipple itches and soreness, lower back pain worst at night, cramps are like I m about to have a period but there s nothing, discharging clear. Could I be pregnant?

OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,

The irregular periods that you are having can be due to a hormonal disturbance that needs a detailed blood test to find out the exact cause. Oral pills can help in regularizing the periods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rakhi Tayal,
