Suggest Treatment For Intense Shoulder Pain

intense shoulder pain from shoulder joint down the side of the left arm into elbow and foerarm and feels like shoulder blade is out of position i have neck pain and left arm numbness pins and needles. ct scan shows narrowing of c5/6 disc space and altra sound showed a tear in the shoulder my gp recommended cortisone but my shoulder blade and back right up to top of traps in my neck have droppped and so has my shoulder i feel out of alignment to the muscles i feel my shoulderblade being out of postion has caused this cronic pain

The pain in the shoulder that you have can be due to shoulder impingement or cervical spondylosis. You need to get an MRI scan done to find out the exact cause of pain. Till then oral muscle relaxants can help.
