Suggest Treatment For Insomnia While Having Depression

I have trouble sleeping all night. I take medicine for depression in the morning and I take 100 mg of trazodone at night to sleep. I have no trouble falling asleep but I wake up anywhere from 12:30 am to 4:00 am and cannot go back to sleep. I am looking for a sleeping pill to talk with my dr. about and look for your suggestions.

You can use alprazolam daily at bed time as sleep inducing pill, but be careful it is addicting drug on long term use.
Advice
1.     Continue trazodone and other drugs as suggested by your doctor
2.     Alprazolam at bed time
3.     Avoid tea & coffee in evening & night
4.     Avoid alcohol and smoking especially in night
5.     Exercising for at least 30 minutes per day can improve your sleep
