Suggest Treatment For Insomnia Despite Taking Zoloft

Iam 42 yrs female, take 25mg zoloft for depression and insomnia since 5 days but my insomnia hasn t improved and my depression has improved.i take zoloft at 9 am, just wanted to know if I can take melatonin at night while taking zoloft in morning. U have difficulty in falling asleep and staying asleep.

Yes, it is generally okay to take melatonin and while on Zoloft. Just keep in mind that they using the two together will make you more sleepy or drowsy (which in your case may be the desired effect), but make sure to avoid activities that require mental alertness such as driving until you realize the effect of this combination of medications.
