I am Dinesh From india, I had an ACL Reconstruction Surgery on March 2013, and I am a Sportsperson, while i am playing cricket i had knee twist and further i had a ACL Surgery with the Doctors Advice and i have done the physiotherapy exercises properly to return back sports activities soon . Then I have started running and jumping activities gradually. and then i have started bowling in the 9th month from the surgery date.. still i have some little bit instability in the lateral side (Side Position) . I had consulted a doctor he told me take MRI Scan and I have took, Report Says ACL Is Perfect but there is some suspicious for the medial meniscus tear for the pain . .
And Further Doctor asked me. Whether i have fall down in anywhere after post op surgery. I said no . .

Then doctor advised me to wear a knee brace for six weeks and prescribed me a tendo care tablet for the six weeks . . . i have done everything but further i have some little bit instability while i am running in side position .
And Further I have took PRP Injection for the knee instability and pain . . after putting an injection i am feeling good to walk and run for the few days two to three weeks, but now i have that same pain and instability came . . .

can u pls give me your views to recover from instability and also pain . .

i have a club match on march 29th . .

so pls kindly do the needful . . .
