Im not too sure i have lets say 5 sort of raised inflammed bumps under my shaft where the scrotum and shaft meet. There isnt any clusters or anything just individual bumps that make a V ive been Sexually active. Clear liquid came out after i scratched it a little agressivly. I recently got tested still waiting on results but the test in fact did not test for Herpes Which is mainly my concern. But then i read post and they say herpes never seem to form on the base. So maybe follicitus? I spoke with my last partner i had intercouse with and she said she hasnt had any sympotms and was tested 2 months ago but who knows if thats the truth is there an email i can maybe sumbit a picture too i know my description was vague. Thanks in Advance
Hello, Thanks for the query. It might be folliculitis. Folliculitis is a bacterial infections. A photograph would have helped me better. Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests. Please meet a dermatologist and request to do culture and sensitivity test on pus obtained from the lesion for exact diagnosis. Once the exact bacteria is known, specific treatment can be given. Improper use of antibiotic can lead to resistance. Let me know if you have any other doubt. you can ask a direct question to me on this forum, following the below link. http://www.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-rahul-kumar/64818 Wishing you a good health.
