Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Conception in PCOD is difficult. If ovulation induction has failed to result in pregnancy, then the next line of management is intrauterine insemination. If it also fails, then you have to resort to in vitro fertilization( IVF) for pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
