Hi welcome to HCM.
Inducible ischemia implies reduced blood supply to the heart muscle due to partial obstruction of coronary vessels. This gets evident on exercise like treadmill.Procedures like coronary angiogram will help to document the
stenosis.Definitive treatment will include coronary angioplasty to stent the blood vessel.Marathon walks need to be avoided in your case as they lead to acute heart attacks.Consult your cardiologist for further help.
Thank you.
