Suggest Treatment For Incisional Hernia

Hello, I have an incisional hernia. June 2016 I had an Aorto Bifemoral Bypass... I fell and got 4 hernias... One my bowel is sticking out of and one my colon. I break out in sweats that are not hot flashes as those I feel from the core and they move out ward. and I have pain and hardening in my lower abs. Do you think I should go to the emergency room ?
