I was diagnosed with an incisional hernia almost a year ago. 2 days ago I started having severe pain, nausea and vomiting. I went to ER and told the PA that I had an incisional hernia. He never did a physical exam but did a CT scan with dye. He told me that I had gastritis. I asked him why he wasn't addressing my hernia complaint. He said " You never told me you had a hernia. " I told him that was exactly what I said when he came in and asked " Why are you here today? " He still never physically examined me, sent me home with pain meds, nausea meds and heartburn meds. I am still in severe pain with nausea and vomiting, 2 days later. I made an appointment with a GP for next week, but am very nervous. I don't know what to do
