Suggest Treatment For Inability To Hear Properly

For a few weeks I have wondered whether there is something wrong with my hearing I seem to be able to hear but seems to be sort of back ground sound too so don t hear clearly. Last few days when bending forward my nose seems to drip clear salty liquid.

Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

It appears that you could be having an allergic reaction affection your nose and ears. Usually they coexist.

Keep away from an offending allergen like dust, pollution, pollen.

Keep warm. Avoid cold food and fluid intake.

Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol.

You can apply over the counter nasal decongestant drops one or two drops in each nostril twice a day, in the head back position if your Doctor diagnoses Allergic rhinitis.

Thanking you.

Regards,

Dr. Aashish Raghu
