Suggest Treatment For Hypothyroid And Rheumatoid Arthritis

Hi,
I am 32 years ol, my height is 5.5 and weight is 75 kgs, I am working woman, I am suffering with hypothyroid and rhemuatoid arthritis. Taking thyronorm of 150 mg tablet. I am suffering with feet problems that no one can tell me that what is that.. I am unable to walk and it looks like cracks itself but it is too heavy unable to walk, it occurs to bleeding too........ answer for my question

hi Rheumatoid arthritis drugs are given after assessing liver,kidney status and periodical complete blood count.In case you have been prescribed anti-rheumatoid drugs ,you may re consult the rheumatologist, if not consulted or taking medicines then may seek advicefor it.
Watch for weight if obese, with diets.Apply moisturisers, glycerine to soles of feet, keep them elevated on sitting ,lying down and take methycobalamine tabs, vitamin A and D supplements.
avoid prolongedd walk,standing
Use silicon insole on footwear
