Suggest Treatment For Hypertension

Hi sir last week i was diagonised that i have hypertension, my bp was 160/110. I had fever and severe cough at that time. Now my doctor has prescribed amlong 10mg. am 27 years am really worried. i don't have any bad habits. Had a master check up everything from blood to urine is fine. Is it possible to get rid of my problem!!

I really appreciate your concern and let me tell you that if this antihypertensive drug being prescribed in the first visit and no monitoring and diet control advised then this should have been done then and then antihypertensive should be think about, better to have second opinion or else stop the medicine cut down salt in diet, monitor the BP three time in day for one week get the average if this shows high range then go to see the physician, have a nice day.
