General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

With the diseases like multiple sclerosis, hypertension, diabetes, hypothyroidism, some functional disorders are likely and it can be fibromyalgia with neuritis. If you come out of the stress, no anxiety is there then there would be no restlessness symptoms of the leg. I would suggest continuing the Gabapentin medication. I would also suggest for physiotherapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain,
