Suggest Treatment For Hot Flashes, Head Aches And Moodswings

My name is Angela. I started taking Medrol three days ago, and I ve been going through hot flashes, headaches, moodswings, restlessness, spaciness, and my heart has been feeling like its pounding since earlier this morning. This is my fourth day taking 2, 4-mg. tablets three times a day. Its too late to call my doctor, and I don t know what to do about this.

I can understand your concern.
You are taking oral corticosteroid (medrol).
This drug is likely to cause side effects similar to your symptoms. Oral steroids can cause hot flushes, headache, mood swings, restlessness, tachycardia etc.
So better to consult stop this drug (medrol).
Once you stop it, your all symptoms will mostly gone by its own.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
