General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are having large marks across the bottom of your back, in the shape of honeycomb web. Your symptoms are indicative of a skin condition called livedo reticularis. It is a benign skin condition associated with cold exposure or stress. Physiologic livedo reticularis is normal and requires no treatment but pathological livedo reticularis tends to be serious and potentially life-threatening.

To get relieve from backpain you can take acetaminophen, one stat after food. Get clinically examined by a Dermatologist / GP. Your treating doctor will tell you to do screening blood tests, such as a complete blood count, and also a metabolic panel.

Blood tests that screen for cold agglutinins, anti-phospholipids, cryoglobulins, cryofibrinogens, autoimmune disease, and coagulation disorders is done. A computerized tomography (CT) scan or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan is done along with a skin biopsy if cancer is suspected.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
