Hi,

I am sorry for the health situation your mother is in.

To make a decision whether she needs to continue the shots of not, further data is needed:
- reports of her diabetes testing: fasting blood sugar (bs), oral glucose tolerance test and HbA1C level

in order to compare the recent reports with the ones taken before the shots started.

Next, her overall health condition should be evaluated for possible:
- kidney problems: urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound advised
- liver damages: AST, ALT, bilirubin level to be measured
- heart problems: get her ECG, cardiac echo done for further evaluation.

Feeling tired might be related to:
- uncontrolled bs levels : sometimes spikes, and then, low readings
- possible viral infection
- lack of vitamins and minerals: multivitamin supplementation advised

Feeling restless is partially related to oscillations in bs levels and damages to the nerves due to persistent high bs. Get her neurologically examined.

Wish fast recovery to your mom!
