Suggest Treatment For Hiatus Hernia For A 40-year-old

Hello,I am 40 and have a hiatus hernia which only recently has been bothering me with heartburn.however I ve also gotten a few skipped heartbeats over the last few mths.my GP said its nothing to worry about and did an ECG,is this enough as I m still worried?
