I have been diagnosed with a hiatus hernia and stomach ulcer. What is the best treatment ?

Go for long course of tab Omiprazole one tab twice a day for 3-4 weeks.
Do not over eat,take light diet in the evening and early.
Do not sleep immediately after meal.have light walk or sit for a while.
Avoid fried,chillies and junk food.
Take plenty of milk.
