Suggest Treatment For Heavy Bleeding During Menstruation

Hey... I am 46 years old ..from 10 november 2013 i started experiencing heavy bleeding.. Which lasted for 12 days and stopped automatically. Afterwhich on january 11,2014 it took place again. I consulted my doctor who prescribed me sysron and trenexa for a period of 1month.. I went through normal menstrual cycles till december 6. Thick clotted bleeding started from the date due to which i consulted my doctor again. It was reported that my ET at that time was around 9.7mm.i was prescribed by savista medicine for 3 months. Experienced thick clotting in january which lasted for about 9-10 days. Continuous heaviness was there.after a checkup my ET was reported to be about 21mm due to which now i am on medicine(cycloreg) .right now i am suffering from headache, acidity. My question is whether i will get comfortable with the cycloreg or will suffer from the same problems in the coming days. It would be so kind of you if you answer my query.

As your age is 46 yrs and your cycles are of perimenopausal phase of life. Recent sonography report of your ET is 21mm which says to rule out or confirm Endometrial Hyperplasia and if it is what type. If swis chese paternof hyperplasia is there, you may have to take openion of your consultent for may be Hystrectomy. Otherwise few cycles of your Cycloreg will take care of.
