For the first few months the treatment went well, but now she had been complaining regarding Cluster of headaches in the back of her head with severe vertigo mostly and frequently. We visited the Neurologist again and this time he prescribed the following medications, Pregablin 75mg, Cinnarizine 75mg, Betahistine Dihydrochloride 16mg, Flunarizine 5mg She had been recovering well, but still the Cluster kind of pain at the back of the head is sometimes severe and makes her feel like vertigo.
